Job description:

  • Responsible for new condo development project marketing (200M – 3B value project) * Co-ordinate with third party marketing company for full set new condo development marketing material, including but not limited to: brochure, floorplan, rendering drawings, project video, amenity map, signs, hoarding, gift card, media plans, etc. * Produce and deliver social media content on a regular basis * Reports on all digital KPI’s and key metrics across all digital platforms including website, advertising and social * Promote and plan Sales Events * Manage company websites, update with new projects and information. * Prepare landing pages for preconstruction projects. * Create digital and printed marketing material including eposters, printed postcard, signs, brochure, etc. * Manage social media channels on a daily basis: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok, WeChat (Chinese), etc. Bring in creative ideas to gain followers for our brokerage channels. * Promote and plan Sales Events. * Promote new projects on various advertising platform ie Kijiji, etc. * Create email blast with GetResponse. * Manage company websites, update with new projects and information. * Prepare landing pages for preconstruction projects. * Generate more leads with paid platform ie Google Ad, Facebook Ad. * Improve SEO for the brokerage * Create and Edit Photos and Video * Manage YouTube channels to attract more subscribers * Assist admin staff and agents with technical issues * General admin work MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class otherwise protected under applicable human rights legislation. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled and all other qualified applicants * Able to be highly resourceful with a strong sense of accountability, initiative and manage time effectively * Strong communications skills to clearly express ideas in an objective manner * Analytical skills to ensure all marketing initiatives generate the intended objectives * Ability to think creatively and identify opportunities * The willingness and tenacity to find solutions, generate bottom line results and manage multiple deadlines effectively * Experience With SEO * Data analytics, Google Analytics and other tracking methods * Experience with web platforms such as WordPress; basic knowledge of HTML an asset * Knowledge of SEO, Google Ad Words, Google Display Ads, and paid Social Media advertisements * A desire for continual growth and development would be considered beneficial * Familiar with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop or similar. * Basic Excel skills * Experience with Hoot Suite or Similar Platform *Qualifications and skills:* * Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields * Marketing Experience in Real Estate brokerage is a must * Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure * Passionate and creative with lots of design ideas * Strong Ad writing skills and communication skills * Conversational Chinese preferred. Written Chinese would be an asset to help to create marketing material in the Chinese language. * In-depth knowledge of digital platforms * Portfolio of previous work i.e., service or product-related promotional posters, Eblast, business social media accounts managed, etc. * Proficient in using design programs i.e., Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing Software Our client is an established high rise residential developer who specializes in large masterplan landmark projects. Base compensation $100,000 – 130,000 Bonus Benefits Gas card Meal Allowance
