Job title: Regional Coordinator, Fleet Services (permanent Full Time)
Job description: The Regional Coordinator, Fleet Services provides professional level support to the collaboration efforts
between BC Ambulance and Northern Health’s assets and facilities, and is responsible for organizing,
and monitoring the daily operation of Fleet services.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
– Diploma in Business Administration plus three (3) years to five (5) recent related experience, or an
equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
– Excellent time management skills.
– Detail oriented with ability to interpret and summarize large volumes of data.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills; positive attitude and ability to communicate in a variety of ways, with
diverse groups of people.
– Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
– Ability to take initiative in problem solving and finding solutions to issues.
– Ability to set priorities and be results oriented.
– Advanced computer skills including familiarity with Windows environment; must be proficient at using
Excel.
– Ability to organize and prioritize a diverse workload.
– Ability to function with little or no supervision and to effectively handle pressure with a varied workload
and tight deadlines.
– Knowledge of communication tools an asset.
– Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
– Ability and willingness to travel.
– Valid BC Drivers license and safe driving record.
