Our expectations :
Through proactive planning, strong knowledge of sales patterns and upcoming promotions, the Replenisher communicates with key stakeholders within the store, distribution centre and with vendors to ensure product orders are placed accurately and on time. If you love using your strong organization and project management skills to provide our customers with a superb shopping experience, then we have a great opportunity for you!
Your role :
- Seek to improve the customer experience through both the service provided and the visual merchandising of the product for sale
- Guiding the Merchandising team to ensure the sales floor is stocked and priced properly
- Price integrity and planogram execution throughout the store
- Review weekly flyer and order accordingly
- Coordinate the design and setup of promotional products in store
- Ensure clip strips, stack outs and add on products are merchandised to maximize sales
- Measure the results of merchandizing activities to increase average basket and overall sales
Requirements :
The qualifications we are looking for :
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Effectively work with multiple business partners
- Comfortably operate computers, spreadsheet software and inventory tracking software
- Able to anticipate sales trends and prepare accordingly
- Strong decision making ability
- Comfortable with mathematics
- Experience in an ordering or inventory control role is a great asset
