Job description: We are looking to hire multiple Room Attendants to help clean, reset and maintain our client’s guest hotel rooms in their busy establishment in Downtown Halifax!

Location: Halifax

Wage: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 Hour Shift

Here your responsibilities will be to clean, reset, and replenish guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

Job Responsibilities:

· Performing general cleaning tasks using various hotel cleaning products.

· Cleaning unexpected spills and fulfilling special guest requests.

· Other duties may include assisting other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.

Requirements:

· High school diploma is preferred

· Ability to follow instructions and be detail-oriented

· Familiar with WHMIS, Health and Safety, and emergency protocols

· Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

· Physical mobility and stamina is required

· Excellent Customer service as you may be interacting with Guests

· Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or related jobs an asset
