They offer a cloud-based automation platform designed to eliminate mass payment workload and reduce automation payment risk. The company’s payable automation platform helps in eliminating financial and compliance risk, generate revenue from accounts payable, cut payment reconciliation cycle time, and improve supplier relationships, enabling CFOs to focus on the strategy of scaling their business, rather than the minutiae of accounts payable logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Build and motivate a high perforning sales team of 6-8 full cycle Account Executives (Mid Market)
  • Responsible for quarterbacking the sales team on critical sales and key customers.
  • Develop a sales execution plan to drive revenue in expansion across North America
  • Selling into Mid-Market level cleints. Typically the office of the CFO.

About You:

The successful candidate will be extremely driven, energetic, and passionate about buidling their team to sales success. They should be a play/coach in mentality with charisma and drive to lead & inspire by example. They should have a passion for sales and a desire to want to grow and develop as a sales leader.

  • Min 3+ years of BSB sales leadership – Saas and Fin-Tech backgrounds highly preferred
  • Experience selling a related solution or taking on a consultative process to provide a solution-based sale
  • Demonstrated track record of building strategic client relationships and motivating/leading by example to help their team reach sales targets
  • High sales acumen and have a structured process to achieve sales success
  • Engaging, positive personality on the phone and in video presentation
  • High drive to succeed, which can be through competitive sports for example, as well as professional sales success
