To help support their continued growth, they are looking to add a Sales Manager to their team. About the Role: Sales Manager

  • This is a remote position
  • Responsible for managing and coaching a team of 8+ Sales Reps
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching of team members to ensure the team meets its targets
  • Sit in on client meetings and demos when needed
  • Work alongside the CRO to develop an effective onboarding process and outbound sales strategy

About You:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • You have experience selling into C-suite executives and with deal sizes of $50K or more
  • You believe that repeatable and scaleable processes are the key to any team’s successes
  • You like working remotely and feel comfortable managing a team of people remotely
  • You are passionate about coaching and professional development
  • You are a self-starter and are keen to take ownership over strategic projects and go to market strategies
  • You are a strong communicator and natural networker
