Job title: Sales Representative

Job description: For over 50 years, Anchor Construction Industrial Products has been one of Western Canada’s largest supplier of construction, industrial, and metal building fasteners, and a key distributor of power tools and their accessories.

As a leader among industrial distributors, we provide products, solutions, support, service and training to the construction trades and manufacturing marketplaces.

We are looking to grow in Regina.

If you are a proven sales performer with excellent sales & training abilities consider this opportunity. We seek leaders to grow our relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships within the business community.

Knowledge and Skills:

3-5 years sales experience in a related industry and/or similar management experience in a trade

An excellent reputation and a deep network

Customer focused attitude

Extraordinary communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Computer literate

Valid drivers license and own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business, maintain and develop the current customer base

Provide training, demos and support as needed to deepen customer relationships

Prepare internal paperwork, process orders, monitor budgets, report on results, collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflows

Review customers, competitors, trends create action plans to achieve results.

Liaise with head office team to develop two way communication regarding challenges and opportunities

Maintain working knowledge of all products and inventory on hand

Essential Skills:

Speak, read, and write English

Weight handling up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
