CAA Club Group’s IT department is looking for a SAP Functional Analyst with technical skills to join the team.

Position Details
Skill Requirements:
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Proven experience learning new software, systems, and business processes
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite, database applications, and reporting tools
- Experience collecting and documenting business requirements
- Proven track record of accountability and taking tasks to the finish line
- Ability to absorb new knowledge and quickly and proficiently build expertise on new systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with a varied team of individuals
- Ability to put learning into practice, extend and expand on ideas, and think creatively about problems
- Experience working or learning remotely
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Completion of Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate studies in any technical disciple including Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences, Finance
- Experience as an end user of any of SAP’s product suite will be a great plus
- Experience working within a software development life cycle or software testing life cycle
- Business knowledge and process design skills
- Demonstrated experience with issue resolution, problem management, change management will be beneficial
- Exemplary communications skills specifically in communicating complex/technical information to a wide audience
- Domain knowledge of insurance, retail, logistics, and/or travel will be beneficial
