The task…
- Lead & develop junior Accounts Receivable staff demonstrate AR best practices
- Analyze aged receivables and apply cheques and wires to ERP system
- Analyze customers’ deductions, shortages, pricing discrepancies, and any other claims
- Audit and review customer invoices and statements
- Reconcile aged balances and clean-up with proper approval and back-ups
- Handle inventory cycle count requests and adjust out to ERP system when approval is obtained
- Follow up with customers and sales reps to help with concerns on the account
- Review A/R deposit books
- Assist with Month End duties to help streamline the financial close
- Prepare A/R Cashflow for month-to-date and year-to-date
- Assist in design, development and implementation of new and ad hoc reports as required by the business
- Key player in AR projects
