About You

If you’re great with analytics, enjoy mining through complex data, and like identifying actionable trends, you’re going to love this job. You’ll be using Google Analytics every day — so you’ll need to know it inside-out and front-to-back. Beyond that? You’ll be using your analytical know-how to gain a deep understanding of our customer behavior. Your findings will help unearth opportunities and problems — and you have the skills to distill those findings into actionable ideas.

To crush it in this role you must be able to translate volumes of complex data into simple, actionable insights, and do it in a way your teammates will easily understand.

In other words — we’ll be relying on you to keep us accountable to the facts.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has…

• 3+ years experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Data Visualizations (Data Studio, Looker, Tableau)
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CPC, CAC:LTV, ROAS
• Working knowledge of attribution, user & conversion tracking, CDP/DMP, Look-a-like targeting, conversion & brand lift studies
• Some experience with Google BigQuery
• Experience with marketing automation, CRMs, and BI platforms

Attention to detail is critical! We are counting on you to identify trends in our data.
