You’re a team player who will drive our data strategy forward. Your initiative, strong communication skills and exceptional analytical abilities are strengths that will be critical in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your programming skills, data management know-how and recommendations will influence strategic choices made by leaders. You’ll also team up with friendly, supportive internal partners, including Marketing teams, and shape our next reporting generation and concepts.
Here’s how
- Translate business questions into data and valuable insights to support marketing initiatives through complex business intelligence projects
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert of KPI’s for consumer wireless strategy, managing complex databases, developing reporting & self-serve performance dashboards and visualizations metrics as part of the CSB strategy
- Drive change, think strategically, and develop reporting solutions that help drive timely insights and business actions
- Partner with primes and stakeholders to successfully support and manage the implementation of roadmaps for new data capabilities
- Work collaboratively and proactively with a diverse stake-holder community (BI, Marketing, Finance) in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
Qualifications
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- Expertise in extracting large volumes of data from data warehouses (e.g. SAS,Oracle, SQL)
- Strong knowledge in Tableau and/or Domo
- Experience in a Market/Business Intelligence, database marketing and/or data warehousing environment
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and/or related education with demonstrated performance and increasing levels of responsibility
- Experienced in engaging with and presenting to all levels of management, including answering business questions, clearly articulating concepts and recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail, structured approach to analysis and the ability to develop logical arguments
- Provide expert technical guidance to analysts and other team members
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Known as a continuous learner with a passion for technology and data
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines
