Job description: Description
This position oversees and directs several technical teams in the management, development, implementation, and ongoing support of the Marketing technology platform within the Home Depot’s Technology team. Works closely with end-user groups to ensure product quality, functionality and performance.

This role will be responsible for managing multiple Development / Project teams, working with business product teams to prioritize new Martech projects and build best-in-class applications.

The successful candidate must be able to operate as an entrepreneur within a Fortune 100 Organization. From building their team, to producing deliverables, and managing a team strategic roadmap

Must Have

• 5+ Years managing a technology team
• Fortune 1000 Experience
• Project Management: Exceptional skills and experience in delivering application projects (Marketing systems, CRM, Ecommerce, custom applications)
• In depth knowledge and experience in Marketing Technologies (Martech), CRM solutions including SAP CRM, Salesforce, Hybris Marketing Cloud, Analytics

• Application Software Development
• Microservices
• Experience in one of: Martech, Ecommerce, Startup, Big Tech, Retail, Big 6 Consulting experience
• Highly technical background : Any of System, Applications, Networks, Firewall, Security
• Team Management: Hiring, training and motivating a team
• Strategic thinker – Able to build functional roadmaps and think long term

• Drive technology roadmap and direction for our core ecommerce platform, exhibiting strong strategy, execution, design, and analytics skills.
• Stakeholder management – Experience working with internal business stakeholders and customers
• Excellent organizational and large-scale projects/program delivery skills.
• Excellent people leadership and management skills. Ability to Hire, develop and retain high potential technical resources.
• Excellent communication (Presentation, facilitation and writing skills), stakeholders and vendor management skills.
• Conducts financial analysis to support strategic planning on system purchases, upgrades and reclamation. Negotiates favorable prices with vendors on hardware and software.
