About the role – Senior Sales Executive (Home-based)

  • This is a home-based senior sales role responsible for driving revenue across the greater Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan
  • Oversee and lead the sales process from start to finish – including a thoughtful discovery, sales presentation, through to close, and maintaining relationships post-sale
  • 80% of your daily sales activities will be dedicated to new account acquisition and 20% will be spent on nurturing and growing existing accounts
  • Practice a consultative sales process while calling on a range of c-suite audiences
  • Regularly meet with new prospects and customers in person and via video
  • Calling on a wide range of industries including e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, and retail

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary $85K-$95K
  • Total income year 1: $130K-$150K
  • Guaranteed commission during first 6 months of ramp-up

Key Requirements for Consideration

  • 3+ years of demonstrated B2B sales experience in a new acquisition focused role
  • Track record & repeated success as a top performer
  • Must come from a consultative and strategic sales environment
