We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help deliver recruiting plans tied to the growth of our platform teams. You’ll work with the hiring managers to build sourcing strategies to activate high-quality diverse candidate pools. While working remotely, you will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
You Will:
- Lead intake meetings to fully understand the role requirements and primary competencies, how those fit with our goals, and design comprehensive job descriptions, and interview plans to support the selection process
- Analyze the scope of hiring managers’ needs and provide creative recruitment solutions to meet all recruiting goals
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience ensuring a welcoming and transparent process
- Lead special Recruiting projects relating to DE&I, candidate engagement, employer branding, process improvement, etc.
- Mentor and support your fellow team members
You Have:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience
- Experience in-house recruiting with a complex understanding of how to make quality hires
- Considerable experience hiring technical roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Machine Learning Engineers
- We use Lever as our ATS – we can train you on it!
