About this team
lululemon’s technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. Identity and Access Management (IAM) program has moved under the Cybersecurity portfolio to further facilitate the rapid change of core security services, and enforcement of governance controls. The IAM program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise. The key to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our leadership teams. We are currently searching for an experienced senior technology manager to join our team and help shape the team for success. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven, problem-solver with a sharp analytical mind and the proven ability to enroll cross-functional areas in order to achieve continuous improvement. As a natural born leader, you will have a strong talent for re-enforcing the culture of inspiration and empowerment of a fast-paced and diverse team.
A day in the life:
Our team plays an important role in enabling identity and access technologies for the organization. Providing service and technical leadership to the team, collaborating with cross-function teams for continuously improving capabilities, all while following security best practices must be core objectives.
· Lead and develop a team of skilled IAM engineers to be subject matter experts in various IAM technologies including PAM, Access Management, SSO, and Certificate Management
· Foster a diverse team with a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented culture
· Promote team health, encourage entrepreneurship while evangelizing individual strengths for optimizing team velocity
· Promote process and tool best practices and optimization across programs and projects
· Participate and collaborate with program management, project managers, business analysts and engineers to ensure balance of optimal results and ROI
· Ensure contributor tasks are carried out, providing coaching, counsel, and performance improvement guidance as needed
· Develop program and product roadmaps to ensure investments are fully leveraged and technology is implemented appropriately to support business needs and mitigate security risk
· Support both contributor and department goals
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure services are meeting the needs of support teams and internal customers
· Identify automation opportunities and develop proposals for program and service optimization, including execution of ROI and risk analyses
Qualifications:
· 4+ years of people leadership experience in the Cybersecurity or related field
· 8+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise security technology products
· Demonstrate passion for inspiring and empowering people
· Familiarity with security concepts, processes, and/or solutions is preferred
· Hands-on experience working in technical role is required
· Experience working on transformational projects is a plus
· Proactive with ability to manage, delegate, and complete multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
· Well organized, detail oriented, analytical thinker and problem-solver
· Collaborative team player, who will work closely with other IAM leaders, Security Architects, Cybersecurity and other cross-function teams
