Job description: Hendrick’s our all day dining room is opening back up for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on June 15th , 2021

We are searing for one individual to join this team!

Applicants must be committed to working a variety of shifts. Furthermore, one must demonstrate their abilities to work in a highly organized environment.

• Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Ensures knowledge of menu and products, good follow up for special requests
• Assumes at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards guests and fellow team members
• Rings in orders correctly, following all established procedures
• Record transactions in the MICROS system correctly and timely
• Follow correct reporting procedures is faced with issues
• Controls own float and handling of cash
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
• May assist in Banquets
• Comply with H & Safety procedures, Hilton polices, and emergency procedures
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous Serving experience in a similar Hotel or equivalent Restaurant
• Knowledge of Micros or other computer system
• Great conversational skills and teamwork oriented
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs
• Physically capable of moving chairs, tables and safely lifting up to 25 lbs
• Must have English communication skills – reading and writing
• Serving It Right Certification
