Job title: Shuttle Bus Driver

Job description: Ensure safe driving of shuttle bus, provide exceptional customer service while picking up and dropping off passengers and employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform Pre and post-trip shuttle bus inspections

· Ensure company vehicle is in good working condition

· Meet and greet guests at parking lot pick up stations

· Drive shuttle bus to and from manufacturing parking lot to the marina

· Assist guests by opening and closing shuttle bus doors and with luggage as required

· Ensure safe, convenient, courteous, expeditious transportation for all guests and employees

· Maintain and clean the shuttle to make sure it’s presentable for passengers always

· Performs other duties or support to co-workers as the pressures dictate within the Twin Anchors environment Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Required Skills and Knowledge:

A valid Class 5 drivers license

Clean recent drivers abstract

Strong communication skills

Experience in customer service or related abilities

Hospitality/Tourism training or work experience

Displayed strengths in dealing with conflict or aggressive customers

Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Professional, punctual, meticulous and diligent

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

Knowledge of the houseboat industry or marine environment

Organizational training or recognized abilities to direct others

• Salary/Wage: $16.00
