Position Description

Shuttle Drivers are responsible to operate a hotel shuttle service to and from Robert L. Stanfield International Airport. Other duties will include function space set up (which can include polishing glasses, silverware, ironing linens, rolling napkins, etc), shoveling walkways and guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, responding to guest inquires and/or other initiatives and requests as required. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. This is a fast paced work environment which demands effective multitasking and extensive guest contact. Position Requirements

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. The availability to work a variety of shifts with days off that vary from week to week, and the ability to work evenings and overnights on occasion, weekends, including Sunday’s, and holidays as required. A valid Class 4 Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract are required. Bilingualism or multilingualism considered an asset. Previous hotel experience preferred.
