Role Summary
The Sr. Financial Analyst is accountable for the analytical review of manufacturing operations and accountable for the administration of accounting transactions & data including recording, reporting and analysis of the Division’s business transactions.
Key Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Jr. Financial Analyst are detailed below, but not limited to the following:
- Maintain, record, analyze, report financial data/information
- Assist with Weekly Forecast of the division’s performance
- Support the Monthly Financial and Operational Analysis
- Contribute to the Annual business planning and other periodic forecasts
- Participate in the Year-end audit file preparation for the Division
- Help with Annual/Quarterly schedules and other information requests for Group Office
- Other special reports and information as required.
- Perform any and all other assignments from time to time as management so direct
Key Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a recognized accounting designation (CPA/CA/CGA/CMA)
- University Degree in Business / Finance Studies
- Min. of 5 – 8 years of senior accounting and administrative experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership abilities
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives
- Strong desire to succeed in an organization: be efficient & effective
- Good knowledge of manufacturing information systems (ERP)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Windows,
- MS PowerPoint, ACCPAC Accounting,
- Working knowledge of Hyperion (HFM), Trans4M, etc.

- Are in compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Precision Technologies Health and Safety Management System
- Are in compliance with all Environmental policies and procedures as outlined in the Precision Technologies Environmental Management System.
