What You’ll Do:

  • Support the delivery of the online vision by focusing on sales and margin of the business
  • Improve operational processes systematically for all eCommerce Channels
  • Lead eCommerce Customer Service and Operations
  • Support in building overall category strategies, promotional activity, finance plans and budgets
  • Provide post mortem insights on category/product performance
  • Develop assortment strategy in collaboration with Wellwise Category Management, build inventory plan, participate in Line Reviews meetings, execute buys, provide summaries of buys and strategy
  • Work with 3PLs, Business Operations and Category Management to define in-season allocation levels and manage inventory levels
  • Work across brand marketing, category, merchandising, and product development teams to build on-site content strategy
  • Identify opportunities for on-site visual merchandising to optimize customer engagement, conversion, and achieve sales targets
  • Ensure category SEO and content strategies are in place resulting in sales and profit
  • Optimize product finding methods – quality and relevance of on-site search, navigation and product content
  • Monitors the trading performance of their area on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using relevant metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure new channels and systems support merchandising capabilities and requirements.
  • Work with Retail to manage setup of any changes to product assortment on the site (e.g. listing, delisting, pricing, promotions, etc.)
  • Build extended aisle strategy resulting in lager product assortment and range
  • Manage team to ensure efficient product on-boarding and on-time product launches
  • Own development plan and effectively manage time to deliver business KPIs as the priority

What You’ll Need:

  • University degree in business, marketing, math/science, and/or engineering
  • Experience with a recurring revenue product preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing an eCommerce site and have touched everything from CRO to shipping and fulfillment.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performing team
  • Should be proficient with Shopify, Excel, Google Analytics and Office
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and decision making or proposal creation from eCommerce related data and being able to present it to management.
  • Previous project management experience
  • Previous customer service management experience
  • Fluency in French is an Asset
