YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the 5-year Strategic Volume Planning process for Alumacraft, Manitou boats and JPS in collaboration with other functions inside the organization;
  • Play a key role in the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process by providing volume forecast updates;
  • Support the annual budget exercise and provide periodic volume updates to ensure the financial governance;
  • Creation automated tools and reports to support quick and efficient decision making.
  • Support initiatives to optimize the order-to-delivery processes;
  • Synthesize and present boats market analysis to North American senior sales executives;
  • Prepare sales analysis to be presented in CEO Updates and Board of Directors presentations;
  • Develop, update and publish sales reports and address specific analysis as needed;
  • Take part in the sales target setting process;
  • Influence and make concrete recommendations on sales programs to be prioritized.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in administration, information systems management (IMS), economics or finance;
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a relevant position;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access and Power Point);
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python and VBA would be considered an asset;
  • Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French);
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record of delivering results;
  • At ease in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing multiple tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently and simplify complex issues;
  • Aptitude to influence;
  • Analytical and attention to details.
