Profile: Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of electric products. They have been a leader in terms of quality and high-end products in the power & distribution industry for many years. They are looking for a Technical inside sales rep who will handle incoming calls, tenders, quotations and understands electrical plans. You will be working with many different departments to ensure a smooth execution.
Territory: Canada
Work Place: south shore of Montreal (1 day a week remote)

Salary:$60,000 – $85,000

Functions:
You will be in constant communication with different departments to ensure smooth transactions (engineering, sales, logistic, etc.).
You will answer incoming technical calls from clients, distributors and outside sales reps.
Provide a great customer service to clients
You will need to understand and go over electrical plans
Create and send quotations
Follow-ups
Enter purchase orders in the system
You will have to respect and make sure that the customer’s requirements are met internally by communicating with different departments.
