The Production Test technician is in charge of testing silicon and III-V detectors and emitters for various applications. This includes test and characterization, compiling test data and participating in the development and improvement of test jigs and test methods. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining test equipment and participating in test benches automation.

Your responsibilities: * Test and measure of optoelectronic semi-conductor devices.

• Compile test data.
• Program test equipment for test automation.
• Debug electronic circuits.
• Responsible for the implementation of a clean and safe workplace.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Your qualifications:

• DEC in electronics or DEC in engineering physics or equivalent.
• Knowledge of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers.
• Knowledge in test equipment programming with Visual Basic or LabVIEW or other programming language is an asset.
• Able to work in a team.
• Good communications skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of French and English a strong asset.
