Who We Are:

The Customer Office team focuses on understanding the full customer relationship at the bank. We pride ourseleves in being customer centric, analytical and data driven. We look at opportunities to deepen our relationships with customers through understandinf their behaiours and the economics of our chanels. We support the Canandian retail banking business in identifying opportunities, defining strategies, and piloting solutions to innovate. We opperate in a nimble manner to ensure we are reponsive to the needs of our 10M customers.

Our Goal is to provide better service and increase customer retention by leveraging data and analytics to identify root causes, opportunities, and to impliment tactical solutions.

Who we are looking for?

  • Working knowledge of SQL, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
  • Creative, data and analytics driven mindset
  • Ability to support strategic projects
  • Ability to prioritize based on calculated business value, using a customer-centric view
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed enviroment
  • Strong interpersonal skills

You Will:

  • Collaberate with internal partners and stakeholders to analyse opportunities and develop tactics to retain customers
  • Support new requests and updates for high value customer pilot testing to increase customer retention rates
  • Create presentation decks based on predetermined guidlines, present findings and analysis to a more senior audience
  • develop technical documentation
