The Production Manager will consult with Management and Creative Teams to achieve project goals by meeting deadlines and resources allocation.

Responsisbilities:

• Work with key staffs to create and implement production plans balancing schedules, creative, and budgetary goals.
• Be a driving force in the studio for excellence, ensuring projects maximize resources and stakeholders satisfaction.
• Support and manage creative, production, and technical staff.

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ project management experience in a VFX or Animation pipeline.
• College certificate and/or degree in Animation/ VFX, or relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Shotgun and Excel.
• An excellent understanding of both feature film and television VFX production pipelines.
• Exceptional planning, negotiating, communicating and leadership skills.
• Knowledge in VFX production technical aspects.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
