The candidate will oversee all aspects of corporate finance, including but not limited to general accounting, controls, taxation, treasury, and management reporting. He will actively contribute to the growth and expansion of the company across Quebec. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of the company by taking charge of all matters relating to the company’s finances and by offering support to the directors;
- Develop business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives;
- Create an effective, human and stimulating work environment within the team and invite its members to participate in the decision-making process whenever possible;
- Develop business strategies supporting the growth of the company;
- Actively participate in business development;
- Create and maintain good relationships with customers and various partners;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Profile:
o Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any other related field;
o CPA designation;
o 10 to 12 years of experience;
o French and English bilingualism;
o Excellent oral and written communication;
o Strong analytical skills;
o Good ability in business and strategy development;
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
