What will you be doing

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President, Technology Professional Services (VP TPS) will develop, lead and oversee the execution of a global TPS strategy and related success measurements to continually evolve and innovate. Key focus areas for the VP TPS will include; ensuring client satisfaction, building key business and IT relationships and creating partnership relationships with third party system integrators. In this role you will ensure excellence in the delivery of TPS that meet client needs, are budget appropriate and are delivered predictably and accurately. This impactful role will play a critical part in helping achieve our aggressive organic and acquisition-based growth plans and will require working collaboratively across internal teams.

About you

You are a self-motivated and adaptable individual who wants to become an integral part of a growing and dynamic tech software as service company. You have several years of experience building and leading a TPS practice. You have the experience, energy and communications skills needed to bring accuracy, rigor, and predictability to the TPS delivery practice.

What you will be doing directly or enabling through people:

  • Effectively triage, prioritize and communicate progress of TPS work
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Client Success teams to create suitable pricing, proposals, and contracts necessary for TPS delivery
  • Provide technical SME support to account management teams
  • Forecast, set and manage the TPS P&L
  • Drive quality of delivery, customer satisfaction and industry reputation
  • Build, maintain and fortify relationships with strategic alliance partners and vendors
  • Lead and manage to achieve targeted revenue and profitability across projects and services delivered
  • Attract, develop, engage and retain a high performing team of TPS talent in partnership with the 360 People and Culture team and professional networking
  • Ensure continuous and effective values-based leadership of team performance through ongoing dialogue, coaching and mentorship
  • Foster the TPS team’s capabilities and expertise in line with client needs, and market evolution
  • Ensure TPS solutions and operations solutions follow all 360 governance, compliance and best practices

What you bring to the role:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience or combination of formal training in technology consultancy firm and/or software professional services practice with a demonstrated track record of leading teams, including other senior leadership, responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction
  • 3+ years’ directly building/refining Technology professional services practice
  • Demonstrated success building and managing executive relationships
  • Track record for driving proposal, pricing, and contracting for multi-dimensional client initiatives
  • Business acumen including P&L and financial accountabilities
