ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

As the Bilingual Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks as assigned. This will include, but not limited to, order reviewing, account investigation, processing of payments, procedural updates as well as backing up team members as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with reviewing and approving all DAS changes of service orders
  • Provide agents with valuable coaching feedback when orders have been completed with errors
  • Take part in testing new versions of DAS with respect to order submission, when needed
  • Daily organization of Call Fire / Vertical Response for our various client base
  • Work all manual orders that require a credit check that are outside of our automated process
  • Weekly Paysafe Audit and Formost file submission
  • Weekly review and processing of the Direct Deposit file in DAS
  • Weekly review and investigation pertaining to High Users
  • Chargeback investigations and updating accounts accordingly
  • Work Items assigned to Billing Operations group
  • Billing Tasks, as required
  • Should there be an increase in overdue accounts, assist with outbound Accounts Receivable calls
  • Backing up various roles, as needed. This includes but not limited to: Covering reception (front desk), collections activity, uControl billing, processing refunds, payment processing, rejected payment processing, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned and per business requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to comprehend and execute written procedures and instructions

  • Analytical nature
  • Ability to work individually and within a team
  • Multi-tasking and task management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Accounts receivable and or bookkeeping experience would be an asset
  • Bilingual required

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • College graduate
  • Customer Service experience
  • Account management experience
  • Accounting / Collections experience
  • Telecom knowledge would be an asset
  • At least 1 year of accounting or book keeping experience
