The Administrative Team Lead, reporting to the Manager of Operations and Customer Support, and working in collaboration with the Clinical Team Lead, is accountable for achieving excellence in the effective, efficient and consistent execution of business operational practices. This important role is the business operations point of contact for stakeholders (both internal and external) of the team, program and/or service they are leading.

As Administrative Team Lead, you will be supported and encouraged by Leaders to reach your full potential. With shared administrative support functions and assigned individual tasks, you will help improve operational effectiveness and efficiencies.   • Lead team member engagement initiatives for retention (non-clinical teams) together with the Manager of Operations and Customer Support (MOCS) and Clinical Team Lead
  • Lead successful execution of operational practices for the team, program and service you are supporting
  • Coach, mentor and performance manage team members for continuous development
  • Ensure effective referral, schedule, caseload, care-mapping, data entry, file and report management
  • Ensure accuracy in financial and outcome entry and reporting
  • Collaborate with Clinical Team Lead to resolve gaps in execution and identify opportunities for improvements to team, program and/or service
  • Ensure all practices are conducted with integrity and in alignment to Best Practice and CBI policy including Privacy policy
  • Actively work to build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders and consistently demonstrate the values of CBI

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • Have a post-secondary education in medical office / business administration
  • Bring 1+ year of supervisory or management experience
  • Bring 2 to 3 years’ experience in a reception and customer service role
  • Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
  • Exemplary and professional customer service skills and attitude
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Health care experience is an asset
  • All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
