Job Requirements

- Relevant change management accreditation is an asset
- 10+ years related experience, working in a project environment, in large organizations
- Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
- Skill in preparing and managing budgets and resource allocation
- Skill in using software tools, applications (MS Office), data analysis methods and reporting techniques
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively in both oral and written form and build relationships across teams and functions

Job Description
About this Role Are you confident about leading complex organizational change, comfortable wearing both people manager and change manager hats? Do you thrive charting a new course with changes that make an impact on people, process and technology? If so, this is a great opportunity to work directly with key decision-makers and enterprise leaders, setting direction and championing strategic change culture and mindset at TD.
This role manages larger teams and medium-term, multi-stakeholder change. It’s a dual role, that may also require you to be accountable for your own change management project deliverables.
A typical day might see you providing direction and coaching to develop team skills and drive work quality. You’ll enjoy connecting with a range of working partners, always championing the benefits of change and managing risk and expectations. If you appreciate think time, you’ll get that too, along with time to plan and network inside TD and with outside networks.

As a Senior Manager, Change Management, you will:
- Oversee change management programs that touch a broad range of business clients and segments
- Be the change management expert (SME) to business partners at all levels and champion awareness and excellence in change
- Lead your team of Change Management Analysts, Specialists and Managers; providing mentorship and growing talent with a united goal to grow business results and a positive customer experience
- Serve in two functional capacities, as both a people manager / team lead and responsible for own change management deliverables for more complex projects and programs
- Plan and execute on strategic activities, review and communicate results, identify new opportunities, monitor effectiveness and adjust accordingly
- Enable key strategic discussions and contribute thought leadership as a SME to the TD change management community; lead collaboration with and influence partners, sponsors and businesses
- Facilitate a smooth transition into steady state (e.g. ongoing processes exist, viable workarounds identified for any defects, handover of ownership)
- Manage overall budget, (revenue and expenses, while growing efficiency
- Identify key business opportunities, research and develop strategies to achieve recommendations
- Protect the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, oversee problem resolution and raise as necessary; stay on top of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements
- Act as a brand ambassador for your change management team and community, the bank and industry
