What You’ll Be Doing

Authentication is one of the most important and frequent interactions that happens thousands of times each second as our clients access their accounts across different lines of businesses. You will be joining a team that is reshaping this important client interaction with CIBC. The team’s mandate is broad – our client journeys touch all digital, contact centre, and banking centre channels.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Client Authentication, you will be joining a client-centric and security-focused product team that is modernizing Client Authentication across CIBC. The Sr. Consultant, Process and Change Management is a key business delivery lead that will connect the initiative to impacted business and operational groups and engage our internal stakeholders to ideate on the future. You will further lead the implementation plan and rollout strategies for new product capabilities by leading the communication strategy and continuing to look for opportunities to improve engagement and adoption with clients.

How You’ll Succeed

Change Management- Drive end-to-end change management strategy for both clients and CIBC employees (support teams). Assess and adapt as needed and manage on an ongoing basis to ensure the change is sustained.

Stakeholder Management- Proactively engage our internal partners (e.g., Privacy, Legal, Information Security, etc.) throughout the initiative to ensure there is support and awareness. Identify resistance and build plans to overcome or mitigate possible impact from changes.

Process Improvement- Apply process improvement frameworks, tools and artifacts to be able to define, measure, analyze, improve and control a problem.

Project Management – Utilize project management best practices to manage project portfolio. Be able to plan, execute, control and close projects.

Who You Are

You can demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience with change management, process improvement, and project management. It is an asset if you have knowledge of fraud and authentication controls/tools.
