The Office Administration & Customer Support will be responsible for providing administrative support to office personnel and is the first point of contact, ensuring a great experience for visitors and customers. They play a primary role in ensuring all office administration functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Attend to visitors and deals with inquiries by phone, face-to-face, live chat, fax or through email
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Order and maintains office supply inventories
  • Maintain and updates general office records
  • Ensure that office facilities and equipment are tidy and maintained
  • Coordinate team meetings and supports any events or group lunches
  • Maintain relationships with landlord and vendors
  • Strive for continuous improvement in customer service
  • Record all communication details/actions in Bullfrog’s customer information system and Salesforce
  • Input and modify personal payment information on accounts and communicates with our finance and IT departments on any manual adjustments
  • Oversee consumer billing and executes all tasks related to sending bills, collecting payments, and contacting consumers regarding billing inquiries
  • Support sales and marketing teams
  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team, as requested. Administrative duties may include; expense reports, booking meetings, booking travel, organizing conference calls
  • Maintain general knowledge and understanding of the green energy industry and Bullfrog Power’s product offerings
  • Ensure availability to help colleagues and employees where necessary
