Our client, a national company located in Montreal, is looking for a Change Management Consultant to join its dynamics and professional team!

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Corporate Director, HR Solutions and Systems, your main responsibilities will include:

Participate in the management of the human components of change (training, coaching, etc.);
Ensure the integration and adaptation of change management practices;
Generate change management plans for activities and assess potential risks;
Follow up and report on the progress of these plans;
Communicate with stakeholders and different teams on company projects (deadline management, problem resolution, etc.);
Participate in the improvement of change management strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, administration, or any other education/experience deemed equivalent;
Similar experience within a human resource department;
Knowledge of a global human capital management system (Workday, an asset) and related business processes (MSS/ESS, HCM, absences, time and attendance, payroll, etc.);
Excellent knowledge of English and French, spoken, written and read;
Attention to detail and accuracy of information;
Demonstrate work organization and file tracking skills;
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SharePoint;
Mastery of agile or lean management principles, an asset;
Customer-focused approach and quality of customer service;
Team spirit and positive attitude;
Good analytical skills.
