The mission of the SAP IDG Skill Management Team is to architect innovative training strategies that will foster the development of a high-performance consulting workforce.
What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Skill Management Team Social Learning and Business Support
Location: Vancouver, BC
Expected start date to end date: March 2022 – March 2023
In this role, you’ll:
We invite you to apply for an exciting internship with the SAP Intelligent Delivery Group (IDG) Skill Management Team.
As an intern, you will have an excellent opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest thought leaders in the training industry. More importantly, you will learn important skills in aligning training programs to meet business goals, designing highly engaging learning experiences, and driving program success through change management.
Provide business support by:
- Working extensively on our internal social media platforms including improving user adoption and updating existing communities
- Take responsibility for some knowledge management activities
- Schedule, advertise, and host online webcasts for the SAP internal communities
- Produce original content for some of our internal consulting communities
- Produce an original business case study that will be used in future enablement activities

Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
The ideal candidates have a combination of technical and business expertise. Either background is considered. Candidates should be a team player, have good writing/communication and organization skills and a passion for technology and business.
Soft Skills:

- Ability to identify a problem and think through how to solve it
- Detail-oriented
- Quality and deliverable focused
Technical Skills:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Must have experience in blogging using different social media platforms
- Graphics editing skills are a plus
