Take your ambitions to the next level
As a Business Partner, your mission will be to manage a team of freelancers on assignment, taking into account the unique characteristics of their atypical profiles. You will be their direct contact from the moment they join the team until the end of their mandate for all contractual or administrative matters, and you will ensure their well-being by performing follow-ups by phone or in person.
- Play a coaching role with the client’s employees;
- Support the team with timesheet entry and the use of invoice templates;
- Collaborate with:
- the various stakeholders of the company and make sure to understand their business needs;
- the different departments to improve the overall consultant experience.
- Ensure the daily update of administrative information in the systems;
- Manage problematic cases in collaboration with Human Capital;
- Take charge of managing the integration of new freelancers and supporting them during mandate renewals;
- Identify:
- business opportunities with clients during mandate follow-ups;
- opportunities for collaboration and information sharing that can be useful for sales, recruitment, practices, and the continuous improvement of our processes and methods.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions upon renewal and redirect freelancers to those responsible for reassignment at the end of assignments;
- Promote the benefits offered by Alithya, such as the Referral Program, the Agile Faculty, and access to sponsored events, among others, to your teams.

Does this sound like you?
- University education in a discipline relevant to the position (Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration) or equivalent;
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience;
- Experience in human resources management or administration;
- Ability to:
- competently manage customer relationships;
- demonstrate intuition, empathy, reliability, creativity, insight, analytical skills, and thoroughness;
- act autonomously and mobilize teams;
- act as a driver of change;
- demonstrate a natural curiosity for the people you meet;
- convince your stakeholders of the issues at stake.
- Strong business sense;
- Knowledge of:
- labour laws;
- the IT sector in a consulting environment.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement;
- Good interpersonal and administrative skills;
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
- French: 4/4
- English: 4/4
