Notre plateforme d’administration des baux soutient un ensemble diversifié de besoins des clients, de la gestion de base des résumés de baux et des dates critiques à la gestion financière complète des factures des propriétaires et des audits de rapprochement, nous fournissons des connaissances complètes et un accès aux données dans l’ensemble du portefeuille qui permettent à nos clients de prendre des décisions immobilières stratégiques qui soutiennent et améliorent leurs activités de base.

RESPONSABILITÉSL

’associé au bail sera responsable de l’ensemble des services d’administration des baux, y compris :

  • Abrégé et interprétation des documents de location commerciale (locations, modifications, sous-locations)
  • Analyse des écarts de loyer et traitement des paiements de l
  • Gestion des relations avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les propriétaires
  • Résolution du loyer et autres problèmes du propriétaire/locataire
  • Examiner les relevés annuels de rapprochement des propriétaires et les calculs de l’impôt immobilier pour assurer l’exactitude et la conformité aux baux
  • Saisie, validation et gestion des documents de location
  • Suivi et maintien des dates critiques
  • Passer en revue le système de gestion des comptes clients et d’autres escalades et
  • Gestion des comptes de sous-locataires et facturation/collecte de loyers de locataires tiers
  • Projets spéciaux attribués par le gestionnaire

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Analyste bilingue des baux pour les contrats de location en français et en anglais
  • Le candidat idéal aura un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en comptabilité ou en finances et au moins deux ans d’expérience de travail en administration de baux, en comptabilité ou en gestion immobilière.
  • Expertise dans la compréhension et l’interprétation de langages complexes de location commerciale
  • Maîtrise de niveau avancé de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook) et capacité de maîtriser des programmes de comptabilité et de bases de données propres à l’entreprise
  • Solides compétences financières et analytiques
  • Souci du détail exceptionnel et sens de l’organisation
  • Capacité de comprendre et d’interpréter des données
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et écrite
  • Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe pour établir des relations et interagir efficacement avec les partenaires d’affaires
  • Capacité de mener de front plusieurs tâches, de travailler efficacement sous pression et de gérer efficacement le temps et la charge de travail
  • Désir de travailler dans un environnement professionnel diversifié, collaboratif et motivé

LEASE ADMINISTRATION ASSOCIATE

Position Overview

Our Lease Administration platform supports a diverse set of client needs from basic management of lease abstractions and critical dates to full financial management of landlord invoices and reconciliation audits, we provide comprehensive knowledge and access to data across the portfolio that enables our clients to make strategic real estate decisions that support and enhance their core business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lease Associate will be responsible for the full scope of Lease Administration services including:

  • Abstracting and interpreting commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases)
  • Rent variance analysis and rent payment processing
  • Client/vendor/landlord relationship management
  • Resolution of rent and other landlord/tenant issues
  • Reviewing annual landlord reconciliation statements and real estate tax calculations to ensure accuracy and lease compliance
  • Data entry, validation and management of lease documents
  • Tracking and maintaining critical dates
  • Review CAM and other escalations & real estate tax invoices
  • Subtenant account management, and billing/collections of third party tenant rents
  • Special projects as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual lease analyst for French and English leases
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance and at least 2 years of work experience in lease administration, accounting, or property management
  • Expertise in understanding and interpreting complex commercial lease language
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with the capability to master company specific accounting and database programs
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
  • Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
