Your responsibilities

  • Supports the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services within defined area, as directed;
  • Assist with reporting functions associated with ABB CARE agreements (usage reports and customer update re-ports);
  • Assist with the management of HSE (Health, Safety and Environmental reporting );
  • Assist with lifecycle report generation;
  • Coordinate data for project financial reviews;
  • Coordinate Customer satisfaction surveys (NPS – Net Promoter Score);
  • Work closely with the Service Order Administrators and Service Project Managers;
  • Update customer installed base data (ServIS);
  • Assist with Travel & living Invoice preparation;
  • Tracking of open Purchase Orders (PO) and part delivery status;
  • Assist with project documentation requirements.

Your background

  • Enrolled in University or College degree, preferably in a Business program;
  • Strong commitment to Safety & Integrity, Customer focus;
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office;
  • Ability to perform scripting/programming in Excel;
  • Ability to adapt to working environment;
  • Strong communication skills.
