Job title: AVP, Policy Administration System
Job description: As the Associate Vice-President (AVP), Policy Administration System you will be responsible for the performance and operational success of our policy systems. You will partner with leaders and business units to ensure our policy system strategy, product roadmap and user experience align with organizational goals.
What you’re responsible for:
Providing strategic leadership to develop our policy administration system, assess business capabilities and strategy, including delivering benefits, ensuring effective operationalization and adoption.
Collaborating with business partners and stakeholders to define the policy system program approach and implementing the vision across impacted areas.
Monitoring and assuring the health and performance of the policy system, publishing and enhancing its dashboards, and managing incidents to ensure system stability and a positive user experience.
Leading and engaging your team to deliver strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing emerging talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and agile culture.

To join our team:
You have 10 years of leadership experience managing people, programs and technology.
You have a post-secondary degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline. Having post-graduate education is an asset.
You have expert knowledge of strategy development, partnering and product ownership.
Having the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification(s) is an asset.
Having the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation(s) is an asset.
What to expect:
You will travel occasionally.
Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required.
