Job description

We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of Human Resources Coordinator & Administration to support our growth in the Ontario market. In this important role, the candidate will ensure an efficient hiring, integration and performance review process that creates a sense of belonging. You will also be given some administrative tasks to support the Customer Service & Administration Team.

The candidate will be reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor and work closely with our customer service team and administration department as well as the management team. He/she will represent Everest in providing reliable, quality service.

The individual should be motivated by a structured, small SMB environment that values employee contribution and fairness in a positive setting where effort and teamwork are valued. Tasks and responsibilities

  • Employee recruitment for Ontario
  • Supervision of the onboarding process for new employees
  • Supervision of the employee’s performance review process for Ontario
  • Administration of human resources policies and procedures
  • Respond to client questions on our HR policies and procedures
  • Support customer service and administration through data entry, verification, validation, etc.
  • Participate in the training new employees
  • Communicate his/her accomplishments with his/her supervisor in the form of a short daily written report
  • Other duties related to the position

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certificate in Human Resources or Management.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Good user of the Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
