Looking to hire a Permanent Full-Time Production Supervisor in Vaughan!
Monday to Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (overtime after 44 hours)
Benefits + Pension plan
$28.00-$35.00/hour (depending on experience)
Requirements:
3-5 years of food production experience
Experience with supervising a team
Able to show leadership skills
Strong team building and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Job Duties:
Ensure all production documents are completed correctly
Plan, organize, direct and run day to day operations
Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
Monitor production operations
Implement strategies
Commit to plant safety procedures
Address employee issues
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices
Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis
