Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full-time, Administration Clerk job in Saint John, NB to work at a global leader in designing, building, and servicing critical infrastructure that enables vital applications for data centers. In this position, you will be responsible for inside sales and outside sales (possibly in addition to warehouse and order management). * Pay rate: $19/hour

• Location: Saint John, NB
• Availability Required: Monday-Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Job type: Temporary – 6 month postion – possibility of extension pr permanent

Responsibilities: * Maintain organized filing methods

• Answer calls and direct clients accordingly
• Keep track of inventory
• Prepare presentation materials or documents as required by management
• Create expense or other reports
• Separate and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail
• Other Duties as assigned

Requirements: * Diploma or degree in Administration or High School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years’ experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards fixed deadlines.
• Very good communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to handle objections and adversity.
