ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Summary
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Administration Clerk is accountable for providing administrative support for the plant including Plant Operations, Distribution, Inventory Control, Scheduling, and Maintenance.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative tasks
- Data entry of documentation into various systems
- Handle large volumes of paperwork in an organized and efficient manner
- Organizing incoming and outgoing documentation
- Respond to administrative queries
- Communicate effectively and support various areas of the plant
- Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion
- Prioritize work for ensuring maximum productivity
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient English language skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Detail-focused with keen observation, communication, judgment and time management skills
- Works well individually or as part of a team atmosphere
- Sense of urgency, focus on results and service orientation
- Organized, capable of working under tight deadlines, exceptional attendance
- Reliable and legally able to work in Canada
