We currently have an opening for an Administration Coop Student to work closely with our IT Dept. This is an 8- or 12-month Coop term starting January 2022 – at our Vancouver Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- IT inventory management
- Organize the IT knowledge base and document job aids
- Support helpdesk ticket triage and assignment
- Submit helpdesk tickets on behalf of customers
- Engage with customers to collect outstanding information
- Data analysis and reporting
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and writing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills with hands-on working knowledge of MS Office
- Team player, energetic, resourceful, reliable and timely
- Eager to work and learn in a fast-paced industry
- A technical background would be considered an asset
- Experience with a helpdesk ticketing system would be considered an asset
- Experience in the construction industry would be considered an asset
