Main challenges

  • Be responsible for the general administration of complex files while offering advanced administrative support for professional activities
  • Provide information needed to draw up the department budget
  • Monitor costs and income related to department activities
  • The candidate needs to be able to identify all risks inherent to the Personal and Commercial Bnking sector’s activities.

Specifically, you will:

  • Collect, compile and ensure the quality of a variety of data
  • Analyze complex date, comment on discrepancies observed and propose solutions
  • Interact with managers and employees to provide detailed explanations and ensure their comprehension
  • Identify operational problems, make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures and implement selected corrected measures

Three-year College diploma or the academic equivalent in a related field, and four years of relevant experience * Bilingualism (spoken and written) – English and French
