Job description: What is the opportunity?

As a GSI Admin Support Representative, you will be accountable for supporting the GSI business, by updating our administration systems with plan member changes for GSI clients. We are looking for an individual who will embrace our “Client First” values and goals.

What will you do?

  • Update administration system with multiple plan member changes
  • Processing work from a variety of sources, including reports
  • Supporting large volume of GSI policy changes and policy settlements
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
  • Support the GSI Admin Support team with any other associated tasks as required

What will you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience in a high volume/high intensity customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills/ (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks on multiple systems effectively and efficiently

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken (preferred)
  • Insurance knowledge
  • Post-secondary education (i.e. community college, university preferred)
