Job Summary:

Toyota Canada Inc. currently has an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support our Administration team. This is a full-time opportunity and will report to the Manager, Administrative Support Services. The selected candidates will be responsible for the supervision of mailroom, food services and space planning operations and the performance management of the onsite resources.

What You’ll be Doing:

Supervise mailroom, cafeteria/micro-market, space planning operations and building technicians in GTA.

Assign responsibilities and manage performance. Manage vendor relationship, ensuring KPI/SLAs are met. Resolve day to day issues/escalations.

Systems administration and Subject Matter Expert for facilities management, visitor management, mailroom management, access control and camera systems.

Liase with TCI security team and support with reporting from access control system

Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor.

Create operating procedures and review annually or as changes in procedures occur

Approve/delete travel profiles, meet with vendor, communicate vendor updates, and communicate changes in protocols. Contact person for associate escalations.

What You’ll Bring:

Post-secondary/college diploma in Business administration, office administration, business continuity, records management, project management, or related experience.

Two years of work-related experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize various requests from different employees at the same time

Outstanding organization and time management skills

High proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications

General knowledge of building and electrical/mechanical maintenance is an asset

Proactive problem solver

Other duties as assigned
