Our expectations
Under the supervision of the Data Transformation Team Lead, the agent will be responsible for collecting, validating and/or entering product and vendor data into different IT systems.
The agent will work in a context of IT transformation and will be in contact with several departments of the company, as well as with external partners to ensure the accuracy of the data needed for the transition.
Your role:
- Work with several departments to understand the data to be processed or collected
- If required, contact suppliers or partners to acquire the missing information
- Execute quality control over the information collected and ensure compliance, consistency and quality
- Ensure the accuracy of the information entered with the control reports
- Enter data into different systems, when necessary
- Ensure that all partners involved respect the deadlines, if applicable
- Raise issues and participate actively in the resolution and/or the mitigation
- Actively participate in the documentation of internal processes and procedures
- Perform any other related task
Requirement:
- College degree in Information Technology, Business Management or Marketing
- At least 3 years of total work experience
- Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to draw information from the data and identify the appropriate next steps
- Problem-solving skills, creativity and motivation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced level on Excel and/or Access
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and data (an asset)
- Ability to work as a team, as well as in a methodical, organized, efficient, and autonomous manner
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Retail knowledge (an asset)
