The Rack is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Sales Specialist to join The Rack family based out of our North Battleford retail location.
The Customer Experience Sales Specialist will be responsible to engage new and existing customers in the products or services The Rack has to offer. The position will be responsible to ensure that communication with new customers explains our value-based services as well as enlighten new customers to our niche products that are based on scientific statically driven research. This role will focus on our overall customer experience from start to finish with a focus on account and location administration.
