Your role
As Administrative Assistant for Productions, you co-ordinate the steps involved in handling in-house and external service requests, ensure that related procedures and policies are properly followed and perform administrative duties required to run the department.
More specific duties are as follows:
- Prepare all purchase orders and track invoices.
- Process invoicing requests for Producers Services.
- Provide employees with administrative support for their expense claims (clothing allowance, reimbursements) or other matters.
- Code credit cards and ensure you have receipts for every transaction.
- Manage corporate mobile devices.
- Perform all other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
Qualifications:
- Community college diploma in administration or a related field.
- At least one (1) year’s experience performing administrative duties.
Skills:
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office 2007 environment (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Thoroughness and accuracy.
- Excellent organization and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to work in a tight-deadline environment.
- Solid command of French (spoken and written).
