In the Case Management Administration Team Leader position, you will be responsible for leading the team of Administrative and Claims Coordinators, managing individual performance, communicating team objectives and monitoring service level agreements, identifying opportunities for training and employee growth and will propose improvements to existing processes and tools.
What does your typical day look like?
- Consistently monitor production, quality and service levels to ensure a positive customer experience;
- Develop guidelines and processes aimed at ensuring we are delivering superior service to our clients;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness;
- Develop and lead a high-performance team through training, coaching, motivation, evaluation, clearly communicating expectations and providing continuous feedback;
- Setting and communicating service targets and providing employees with the necessary tools needed to reach their goals and establish and maintain metrics.
What skills and training do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis or equivalent in management experience;
- Demonstrated success in customer service position;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products;
- Clear and effective communication (verbally and written);
- Leadership qualities and motivational abilities;
- Bilingual: French and English is preferred.
